All products purchased before 5:00 P.M. (CST). Will ship in 3-4 business days. You will be provided with emails both when the order has been confirmed and when the product has been shipped. All accessories ship from a separate warehouse; orders of both might take more time to ship. Returns must be filed through the contact page on the Blackwater Delta website. In order to return an item, the product must be in its original condition, similar to when you received it out of the packaging. If a shipment arrives with errors in your order, you must file your claim through the contact page on the Blackwater Delta website. You will then be prompted to provide photos of the product(s) that you received. If approved, you will receive another order without charge. Similarly, if an order is delayed, file a claim through the contact page on our website. Upon aproval you will be refunded your shipping fee automatically. All contact emails are typically replied to within the same business day (excluding holidays).
